With years of experience guiding women on their journeys toward holistic health, I’ve seen the profound impact that genuine, compassionate support can have on our well-being. In our weekly wellness chats, I bring my knowledge and passion for holistic healing to create a safe, empowering space where every question matters, and every woman feels seen and heard.
I’m a licensed Manual Osteopath and Emotional Release Specialist with over 15 years of experience in the field of healthcare.
I have completed a Bachelor degree, two Diplomas, and several certifications focusing on Anatomy and Physiology, Tissue Manipulations, Energy Work, Emotional health and Release, as well as Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture principles.
I use my extensive knowledge and skills as well as my natural intuition and healing abilities to help people like you connect to their mind, body, and soul.
