Meet Sarah

Imagine a woman – 35-year-old mother of two, just like you or someone you know. We'll call her Sarah.

This could be any of us – Sarah has been silently enduring chronic back pain for the past five years, just like countless others. She's explored every avenue for relief, from medication, physiotherapy, massage, acupuncture, yoga, to chiropractic care. But, like many, she's found no respite.

Put yourself in her shoes – Imagine the frustration, the hopelessness, and the weight of depression that come with chronic pain. It's a burden she doesn't deserve, and it could easily be any one of us.

Now picture this – Sarah is not alone. Across the globe, there are millions like her, struggling with unexplained pain and illness. They're often left in the lurch by the medical community, misunderstood by loved ones, and left to suffer in silence.

Feel the sense of isolation – It's a cycle of pain, stress, and anxiety that affects every aspect of their lives. Picture yourself trapped in this cycle, and you'll understand the urgency of change.

But what if there was a way to break this cycle?

What if there was a way to understand the root cause of your pain and illness and heal it from within?

What if there was a way to reclaim your health and happiness?

Hi, I’m Jillian Inglis, a licensed Manual Osteopath and Emotional Release Specialist.

I have worked in various roles in the field of healthcare for close to 15 years. In that time I have completed a Bachelor degree, two Diplomas, and several certifications focusing on Anatomy and Physiology, Tissue Manipulations, Energy Work, Emotional health and Release, as well as Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture principles.

I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge and skills with people who want to heal themselves on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

I have built a successful practice by helping people with their overall health and wellbeing.

Over the years I have noticed a common thread.

When I meet people struggling with unexplained pain or illness, it is usually something intangible at its root.

~ Physical tension caused by mental and emotional stress is wildly overlooked as a catalyst for dis-ease. ~

I believe our population would be far healthier and in less pain if we all understood why our bodies react the way that they do.

Your body isn’t fighting against you!

It’s not an old car that’s breaking down! It is a messenger system. We just haven’t been taught how to listen properly.

But you are in luck!

I will be guiding you on how to listen through this course and each of its 5 lessons.

In this course I will break down how emotions, belief systems, and traumas can play a part in pain and illness.

Our bodies are not separate from our minds and emotions.

They are interconnected and interdependent.

What we think, feel, believe, and experience can have a profound impact on our physical health and vice versa.

The problem is that most of us are not aware of this connection or how to use it to our advantage.

  • We are often taught to suppress or ignore our emotions, especially the negative ones.
  • We are also influenced by our upbringing, culture, society, media, and peers on what we should believe about ourselves and the world.
  • We may also carry traumas from our past or present that affect our subconscious mind and cellular memory.

All of these factors can create stress in our bodies that manifests as pain or illness.

Stress is not always bad.

It can help us survive dangerous situations or motivate us to achieve our goals.

However, when stress becomes chronic or overwhelming, it can trigger the ‘fight or flight’ response in our nervous system. This response prepares us for action by increasing our heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, muscle tension, blood sugar levels, adrenaline levels, etc.

This response is useful when we face an immediate threat or challenge but harmful when it persists for too long or too often. It can disrupt our normal bodily functions such as digestion, immunity, hormone balance, sleep quality etc. It can also affect our mood, cognition, memory, attention, creativity etc.

The good news is that we can learn how to manage our stress levels and heal our emotional wounds by understanding how they affect our bodies and vice versa.

We can also learn how to tap into our innate healing abilities by activating the ‘rest and digest’ response in our nervous system. This response restores our body to its optimal state, enhances our bodily functions and improves our mood, cognition, memory, attention, creativity etc.

By learning how to balance our ‘fight or flight’ and ‘rest and digest’ responses, we can take control of our pain and illness and improve our health and wellbeing on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
